Institutional access for agricultural innovation project

Institutional relations advisory for a technology transfer project in the agrotechnology sector. The brief involved mapping and activating the diplomatic and regulatory channels required to connect operators in developing countries with frontier technology, facilitating access to key interlocutors across public administrations and cooperation bodies.

Institutional relationsCooperationAgrotechnology

The project started from a concrete need: agricultural operators in developing countries wanted access to frontier technology but lacked the institutional channels to obtain it. Our first step was to map the relevant interlocutors across public administrations, cooperation bodies and diplomatic missions, and to understand the regulatory fit each one required.

Using that map, we activated the necessary channels and supported the institutional conversations, taking care over the timing, formats and confidentiality safeguards the assignment required. Throughout, we applied a twofold criterion: that the technology reach those who needed it, and that the operation be sound from a legal and reputational standpoint.

Political Intelligence · Parliamentary Landscape

Parliamentary actor mapping for executive decision-making

Political intelligence service for multiple actors across the Spanish parliamentary spectrum. Scope included positional analysis, identification of latent alliances and production of risk reports designed to support strategic decision-making in high-uncertainty legislative environments.

Political intelligenceActor mappingRisk analysis

The assignment consisted of providing political intelligence to several actors across the Spanish parliamentary spectrum, each with its own interests and sensitivities. We worked under strict separation and confidentiality criteria between the different engagements. We analysed each group's public positions and internal dynamics and cross-checked them against the legislative calendar.

The deliverables were maps of actors and alliances, periodic risk reports and scenario notes that allowed each client to decide when and how to position itself in a context of great uncertainty. The service remained active and was updated as the parliamentary landscape changed.

No to Mercosur

Design of the strategic communications framework for the No to Mercosur campaign, opposing ratification of the trade agreement between the European Union and the South American bloc. Scope covered narrative construction, positioning before specialist media and message articulation before EU institutions and agricultural sector stakeholders.

Political campaignStrategic communicationsEU trade policy

The No to Mercosur campaign was created to oppose ratification of the trade agreement between the European Union and the South American bloc. We designed its strategic line: what to say, to whom and at what moment. We built a narrative centred on the concerns of the agricultural sector, without losing sight of the European institutional debate.

The work covered positioning before specialist media, spokesperson preparation and the articulation of differentiated messages for the European institutions, national administrations and the various sector stakeholders. The aim was for a technical and hard-to-grasp subject to reach the political and media agenda clearly.

Digital presence renewal for political association

Comprehensive redesign of the online identity for a national-scope political association. Project encompassed an audit of existing digital presence, design of a new social communications strategy and implementation of digital methodologies aimed at improving reach and institutional coherence of messaging.

A national-scope political association needed to renew its online presence, which had grown without a unified approach. We began with an audit of its channels, content and audiences to detect inconsistencies, duplication and missed opportunities.

Based on those findings, we designed a new social media communications strategy with a consistent visual identity and tone, and supported its rollout with digital methodologies aimed at extending reach and strengthening the institutional coherence of the message across all channels.
